The Rules of Procedure working group has been meeting for a long time<br>
and it has been reporting its progress during the monthly meetings.<br>
Before the GA, participation of members during the monthly meetings<br>
has been appalling to say the least even though most members are aware<br>
of the monthly meeting. We cannot blame the Chairman or Secretariat<br>
for the same. Those who have made time for the meetings have often<br>
debated on the issues and agreed on compromises i believe we should<br>
maintain the same spirit and respect each others positions. Let us<br>
separate issues from personalities and address them based on merit.<br>
