If we want to see new names/faces, we should nominate and elect new leaders. I am happy to follow this discussion and to see that our GA proposal to bring this discussion into the working group still prevails and seems to be endorsed by all of us.<br>

Arsene made a good point about setting terms and having hard working and committed members stepping in leadership positions. I will continue to call on young members' engagement with a strong gender dimension. Capacity building and coaching of our new members remain a top priority for AFRALO to continue to be a good reference in At-Large.<br>
