<p dir="ltr">Considering that the IANA stewardship and ICANN accountability will be trending in Dublin, I think it may be good to have a theme around that.</p>
<p dir="ltr">So I suggest a theme, "IANA transition and ICANN accountability - Africa perspective" or something similar.<br></p>
