Dear members,

I like to emphasize that it is on the googledocs at the URL that I have
shared with us earlier that comments should be made. Only comments made on
this particular copy of the report is what we shall look into as a RALO.
I encourage members to make their comments on the googledocs as soon as
possible. Once again here is the URL to the document:

https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Kr4uH3IGv-LNzsO27twEiTlmRBUUAab5JzgNqGChqwY/edit?usp=sharing

While still on the subject matter, I call on members of the WP party from
the region and other AFRALO members to respond to any comments made with
the intention of either agreeing with the comment, providing clarification
or disagreeing with the comment. That will make it easier to identify
comments that achieves more consensus. For avoidance of doubt, initial
comments made will be noted unless there are response(s) on the comments
that suggest otherwise

Regards
