For those who have not yet responded, please URGENTLY complete the attached Doodle poll to find the most suitable time for our FIRST Webinar on Thursday 4 May 2017, in preparation for the General Assembly and AFRALO Activities at ICANN59 in Johannesburg.
The first webinar will cover: Introduction to ICANN, its mission, its constituencies and its activities

As a reminder, In preparation for the Johannesburg meeting, please:
1) Register online for the ICANN 59 meeting (https://registration.icann.org/). You can also apply for your invitation letter to obtain a visa to travel to South Africa,
2) Respond quickly to Constituency Travel mail so that your trip is arranged in due time
3) Take part in the three webinars we plan to organize for you to help you better follow the various activities that will be scheduled during your stay in Johannesburg and especially the capacity building program.
These webinars will cover the following subjects:
a. Introduction to ICANN, its mission, its constituencies and its activities
b. ICANN 59 general program in Johannesburg
c. AFRALO activity program in Johannesburg, formation of groups for the mentorship program and for attending non At-Large session.

2) Répondre rapidement au mail de Constituency Travel pour que votre voyage soit arrangé en temps opportun,
3) Prendre part aux trois webinaires que nous planifions d’organiser pour vous, afin de vous aider à mieux suivre les différentes activités qui seront organisées durant votre séjour à Johannesburg et particulièrement le programme de la formation.
Ces Webinaires couvriront les sujets suivants :
