Dear Colleagues,

Let us exercise sobriety while raising our concerns and avoid casting
aspersions regarding positions taken by others that may not be in line
with our positions. In any democracy the majority will always have
their way and the minority their say.
The Rules of Procedure working group has been meeting for a long time
and it has been reporting its progress during the monthly meetings.
Before the GA, participation of members during the monthly meetings
has been appalling to say the least even though most members are aware
of the monthly meeting. We cannot blame the Chairman or Secretariat
for the same. Those who have made time for the meetings have often
debated on the issues and agreed on compromises i believe we should
maintain the same spirit and respect each others positions. Let us
separate issues from personalities and address them based on merit.

Thank you

Best Regards
