Dear Barrack,

So far we have received 8 applicants from Africa compared to only 5 from Europe.
But we can still improve as the deadline is 21st March 2017. Please help us spread the message in our community.
We are also facing the hurdle to attract more female candidates since we have on 15.69 % applicants as female.
Out of 51 applications that we have received, there are only 8 female candidates. Grateful to you also if you could please help us to outreach for Female candidates from Africa.
In fact we need more candidates, both male and female, from our region.

Thanks and best regards

Dave Kissoondoyal
