Hello Tijani, hello to all,

We have closely followed the evolution of this transition process. This
positive outcome is the result of meticulous work done by relevant actors,
with the reassuring expertise worldwide.

It is necessary to thank them all and also thank all the components and the
ICANN staff who facilitated these exchanges.

It is now that the whole community must assume and be more constructive
within ICANN and primarily at the country level in the proven approach called
"multi-stakeholder".

Nous avons suivi de très près l'évolution de ce processus de transition.
Cet aboutissement positif est le résultat de travail méticuleux abattu par
des acteurs compétents, avec de l'expertise rassurante à travers le monde.

Il y a lieu de les remercier tous et aussi de remercier toutes les
composantes et le staff d'ICANN qui ont facilité ces échanges.

C'est maintenant que toute la communauté doit s'assumer et être plus
constructif au sein d'ICANN et, principalement, au niveau des pays dans
l'approche avérée dite " multiples parties prenantes".
