[AFRI-Discuss] Social Media activities in AIS’ 2016

Dear AFRALO Members, 

As many of you may be aware, the African Internet Summit (AIS’ 2016) will be held in Botswana from May 29 to June 10. Some of our members (e.g. Tijani Ben Jemaa, Seun Ojedeji, Daniel Nanghaka,etc.) will be speakers or participants in ICANN related sessions. 

Due to the significance of this event and the active roles that AFRALO members play, we want to make sure our members’ activities are promoted via social media and other communications channels. 

If you are planning to attend AIS’ 2016, please be so kind to contact Ariel Liang (At-Large Staff supporting social media activities). She will create a Skype group for AFRALO’s AIS’ 2016 attendees and coordinate the social media promotion efforts. If you will be a speaker in certain session, please make sure to let her know as well.
