Dear AFRALO members,

The WG on AFRALO Rules of Procedure (ROP)<https://community.icann.org/display/AFRALO/AFRALO+RULES+OF+PROCEDURE+REVIEW+2014-+2016> has  re- started its work.  On behalf of the members of the group, please be so kind to review the following documents :
"Performance  Metrics<https://community.icann.org/display/AFRALO/Performance+Metrics+-+AFRALO+ROP+Review>" - add your comments into the wiki page.
"Decertification<https://community.icann.org/display/AFRALO/Decertification+-+AFRALO+ROP+Review>" - please  add comments. The next call will be focused on compiling all contributions to reach a  common draft.

The WG is currently open for all  AFRALO members who wish to join, please contact us and we will add you to the membership table<https://community.icann.org/display/AFRALO/AFRALO+RULES+OF+PROCEDURE+REVIEW+2014-+2016>. The next call of this WG will take place after the Helsinki meeting.
