[AFRI-Discuss] New ALS application received

Dear All,

This is to inform you that we received an ALS application from the Centre
Africain de Complémentarité Scolaire, Universitaire et de Promotion.

It is based in Brazzaville, Congo and would be a member of AFRALO if
accepted.

Please find the application form attached in French, the English translation
will be circulated upon receipt.
 
Staff are preparing the Due Diligence.
