[AFRI-Discuss] AFRALO comment on enhancing the ICANN Accountability

*"All the accountability mechanisms should avoid leading to courts as much
as possible. In fact, the AFRALO members do not accept that ICANN affairs
be managed by courts in whatever the jurisdiction is"*.

Perfection is not of this world. Because everyone is synonymous with
quality and
fault, what would happen if the various parties fail to find common ground at
the risk of destabilizing or tarnish ICANN image in public opinion?
