[AFRI-Discuss] AFRALO comments on the Transition of the Stewardship of the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) functions

With this Seun clarification  which responds to my concerns, PTI is a
transition
formula. If any contract is established, it must be with the new IANA
function.
