Bonjour Aziz,
je pense qu'il serait souhaitable de nous envoyer le document en version
française pour permettre aux collègues francophones de comprendre la teneur
du document et faire des contributions.
J'ai l'habitude de partager ce genre de document sur nos mailing listes. La
majorité de mes collègues sont plus francophones qu'anglophones. C'est une
remarque recurrente et pour ne pas décourager les bonnes volontés , le
document en version française faciliterait une bonne participation des
acteurs locaux.

I think it would be desirable to send the French version of the document to
allow francophone colleagues to understand the content of the document and make
contributions.
I used to share that kind of document on our mailing lists. The majority of
my colleagues are French and English. This is a recurrent remark and not to
discourage good will, the French version of the document would facilitate a
good participation of local actors.
