Dear Colleagues,

I second Mohamed El Bashir's proposal for another term as Vice
Chairman of AFRALO, he is a great  asset to the AFRALO/AFRICANN
Community. He is currently playing a very important role in the  ICG
and leading the dot Africa Initiative , both initiatives will
transform the African Internet ecosystem in a big way going forwad and
Mohamed has demonstrated astuteness in discharging his leadership
responsibilities.
