Hi,

I would like to note that the AFRALO/AfrICANN meetings have consistently conflicted with the public GNSO Council meetings, which pretty much results in the exclusion of Africans active in the GNSO from attending or even participating remotely.

I appreciate the challenges in working out a schedule during the busy ICANN meeting week, but still find this to be extremely unfortunate.
