Dear Barrack and all,

I join Beran and Seun suggestions of combining theme1 and theme4. The consolidated theme can be the following:
"IANA Stewardship transition and ICANN accountability post transition discussed by the African community."
I hope the session will not only explain the stewardship transition process but will go deep and discuss the ICANN structure and accountability after the end of the contract with the U.S. Government.
The following questions need to be addressed and It will be great to discuss them within the African Community.

- Can ICANN be accountable to the global Internet Community and steal a U.S. or California based corporation? It seems like the answer is yes; but how?
- Who can best protect the public interest than the government or governments?
- etc

Happy and Prosperous new year to you all.
Best regards,
Victor.
