Hello All,

As you may know, AFRALO organizes during each ICANN meeting, a joint AFRALO/AfrICANN meeting to debate a topical issue. It generally leads to issue a statement containing recommendations addressed to the ICANN, highlighting the views of the African ICANN community on the subject discussed in terms of interests and specific conditions of Africa. The theme for the Singapore meeting is "ICANN Accountability".

You are kindly invited to come and participate to this AFRALO/AfrICANN joint meeting, in Face-to-Face or in remote participation if you are not in SINGAPORE. Please find attached the draft statement to be discussed.

The meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 between 14.00 and 15.30 in the VIP Room.

Comme vous le savez déjà, AFRALO organise à l’occasion de chaque session ICANN, une réunion conjointe AFRALO AfrICANN, pour débattre d’un sujet porteur et d’actualité. Cette réunion aboutit en général à une déclaration contenant des recommandations à l’ICANN, mettant en exergue le point de vue de la communauté Africaine de l’ICANN sur le sujet débattu en fonction des intérêts et des conditions spécifiques de l’Afrique.

Le thème de la réunion de Singapour est "la responsabilité de l'ICANN".

Vous êtes cordialement invités à nous rejoindre pour participer à cette réunion conjointe AFRALO / AfrICANN, en face-à-face ou de participer à distance si vous ne vous trouver pas à SINGAPORE. Veuillez trouver ci-joint le projet de déclaration à discuter.
