 Dear All

I am a new member of AFRALO. London's ICANN50 was my first meeting. Tijani
has impressed me with his mastery of the topics discussed in the various
committees and groups where he participated and the clarity with which he
could summarize the issues especially for us newcomers. His experience,
work capacity and willingness to engage new members are an asset to AFRALO,
ALAC and ICANN.

I vote for BARRACK Otieno for Secretary for the following reasons:

1 - his references and experience as stated in ICANN WIKI are convincing.
2 - He hails from East Africa one of the most innovative regions in Africa
for Internet, telecommunications and regional integration as far as the end
user is concerned. I hope he can give us the benefit of that experience.

I am voting for Tijani and Barrack
