Dear Colleagues,

Please see below clarification on the Voting Procudures for AFRALO
Secretary 2014-2016, received from Staff.



Re eligible voters – only 33 ALS representatives are eligible to vote in
this election. They have received their individual vote credentials, which
direct them to the BigPulse poll to cast their votes.



Re voting without dedicated links – when some ALS representatives indicated
their choices via emails, I usually put their choices manually to the
BigPulse poll. However, if the person is not a verified ALS representative,
his/her vote would be invalid and we wouldn’t count his/her vote.



To clarify, if you are one of the 33 eligible voters (ALS representatives)
in this current election, you can either cast your vote directly via the
BigPulse poll (please search for an email with “Vote Credentials” in the
subject line) OR send your choice to *staff at atlarge.icann.org
<staff at atlarge.icann.org>* so I put it into the poll.

PRÉCISIONS SUR LE PROCUDURES DE VOTER POUR SECRÉTAIRE D’AFRALO 2014-2016

Veuillez trouver ci-dessous des précisions sur le Procédures à vote pour la
Secrétaire d’AFRALO 2014-2016, reçu du personnel.



Re : des électeurs éligibles – seulement 33 représentants ALS sont
autorisés à voter à cette élection. Ils ont reçu leurs pouvoirs de vote
individuels, qui orientent vers le sondage BigPulse à voter.



Re : vote sans liens dédiés – lorsque certains représentants de l'ALS a
indiqué leurs choix par l'intermédiaire de courriels, j'ai  mis leurs choix
manuellement au sondage BigPulse. Toutefois, si la personne n'est pas un
représentant d'ALS vérifié, son vote ne sera pas valide et nous ne
compterais pas son vote.



Pour clarifier, si vous êtes l'un des 33 électeurs admissibles
(représentants de l'ALS) lors de ce scrutin actuel, vous pouvez soit voter
directement via le sondage BigPulse (Veuillez chercher un email avec «
Pouvoirs de Vote » dans la ligne objet) ou envoyer votre choix à
staff at atlarge.icann.org donc je le mets dans le sondage.
