Dear colleagues,

AFRALO has received an ALS application from the Internet Society Kenya Chapter (ISOC Kenya). We kindly ask you to provide us with your advice on this application before 25 December 2013. You will find attached the Application for "At-Large Structure" (ALS) of ISOC Kenya. 

For your information, AFRALO leaders found the application very well and we are looking for your final approval to advice ALAC to accredit as a new ALS.
In case we don’t receive any opposition by the mentioned date (25 December), We will proceed to send a positive advice to ALAC.

After the positive advice of the AFRALO leaders and following the study of DD ISOC Kenya, could you please consult AFRALO ALS to send their advice on this application.
Please, give a deadline so that AFRALO might be providing his regional advice toALAC before 26 December 2013.

 On the 20th November 2013, we received an AFRALO ALS application from the Internet Society Kenya Chapter (ISOC Kenya).
Please find the Due Diligence form attached.
 We kindly ask you to provide us with the regional advice for this ALS in your capacity as AFRALO Secretary. Your advice will support the ALAC review on this application.
 According to our timeline for ALS applications, the due date for the regional advice is the 8th January 2014. 
We would like to remind you that the DD form could contain sensitive information. Please read the form carefully before sending it off to third parties.
