[AFRI-Discuss] AFRALO Regional Officers selections and ALAC Representative selection - Nominations period to start on June 3

I am in support of Peters' position on these issues. Discerning minds will understand his position. It is a trend I have noticed since 2005. Afralo is recycling both ideas and officers, and this is not good for it. A few people believe they have the right to determine everything at the expense of opposing ideas. Peters is not the only voice crying in the wilderness.
