Good morning,
It's only a request from a member (Yaovi) and no application was made. The
general assembly didn't decide that we close the door, and the December call
didn't do either.
My own opinion is that we should close the issue for now, and I explained my
reasons in the December call.

Hello Tijani,
Yes, I know we had this discussion at the General Assembly in Dakar.
Nonetheless, the issue of individual participation needs to be carefully
elucidated. Does AFRALO staff received requests from individual candidate
applicants belonging to any professional corporation?If yes can you provide
those documents allowing us to appreciate it?Or is it a preventativeprocess?
