Dear All,

Please may I also bring to everyone attention that, even though we appreciate quite the significant numbers of French Speaking Members in AFRALO that, in executing the business of the teleconference efforts should be made that contributions from those of us from the English speaking should be reflected.

The last conference call was purely one sided. While I could hear what our French speaking colleagues were saying, no one was hearing me. Not even the interpreter!

Secondly, I could see from the draft agenda, no mention was made on the modalities for selecting the 18 participants for sponsorship under AFRALO to Darkar. I am proposing that this be included for discussions.. We all must agree on the barest requirement for the selection and will equally appeal to ICANN to ensure that ALL technical issues that could mitigate the conference is treated before 3rd August for and all inclusive discussions.
