Durant notre téléconférence mensuelle d’hier, 4 Mai 2011, Nous n’avions pas
pu prendre la décision quant à la position d’AFRALO au sujet de la demande
de FORCAS pour être accréditée en tant qu’ALS : Nous n’étions que 3,4 ou 5
présents (par moment).

 

Pour votre information, FORCAS vient de nous envoyer la demande bien remplie
(voir fichier attaché) après plusieurs échanges de courrier. 

 

Je vous prie de bien vouloir donner votre avis définitif sur cette demande,
en répondant à la question suivante :

Quel conseil doit donner AFRALO à ALAC concernant la demande de FORCAS :
Accepter la demande ou la refuser ?

We couldn’t decide yesterday 4 May 2011, during our monthly teleconference,
on the AFRALO position regarding FORCAS application because we were 3, 4 or
5 (by moment) participants only.

 

For your information, FORCAS just sent us the application well filled in
(see attached file) after several mail exchange. 

 

Please give your final opinion on the Application by answering the following
question:

Which advise should AFRALO give to ALAC regarding the FORCAS application:
Accept the Application or reject it?
