[AFRI-Discuss] ALS Application from the Communications and ICT Ministry of Benin

I have a question : did they know that there is a place for governments 
called GAG ?
Also how did they confirm that individuals members may become member of 
A Ministry ?
We ALSs should may be think of joining GAG as well :)
