Chers tous, 



Je vous propose un petit changement dans notre plan de préparation du
commentaire d’AFRALO sur le rapport intermédiaire du groupe de travail sur
les régions géographiques :

*         Jusqu’au 15 Janvier : le groupe de 7 volontaires commence à
préparer le draft tout en recevant les inputs des ALS

*         Du 16 au 19 Janvier : Le groupe incorpore les avis des ALS et
finalise le draft et l’envoie aux ALS pour petites modifications (si
nécessaire) et approbation

*         Du 20 au 24 Janvier : commentaires (s’il y a lieu) et approbation

*         Le 25 Janvier : Le groupe fait les dernières retouches et envoie
le commentaire sur la page du commentaire public et à ALAC

*         Du 25 au 30 Janvier : ALAC rédige le commentaire d’ALAC prenant en
considération les commentaires des RALOs.



Le groupe souhaite recevoir les remarques et les point de vue des ALS. Il
nous est très important d’inclure vos idées et vos soucis.

AFRALO comment on the interim report of the Geographic regions Working
Group:

*         10 - 15 Jan: The group (7 volunteers) begins to prepare the draft
while receiving the ALSes input

*         16 - 19 Jan: The group incorporates the ALSes input, finalize the
draft and post it to the list for small modifications (if needed) and
approval

*         20 - 24 Jan: comments (if any) and approval

*         On 25 Jan: The group fin-tunes the final version and send it to
the public comments page and to the ALAC

*         25 - 30 Jan: ALAC drafts its comment taking into consideration the
RALOs comments.



The group wishes to receive the ALSes remarks and points of view. It’s of
highest importance to include your ideas and your concerns.
