Mohamed you should also note that this ALS application was born out of this
associations involvement and engagement with the Fellowship program at the
Nairobi meeting  and there is plenty of us who have n ow met with worked
with and learned more about why they are now interested IN becoming engaged
in ICT and specifically how what we do in ICANN effects what they do and can
BE effected by their input as  Consumers, a AfRegional based NGO,  Internet
end users and registrants => happy to discuss at the ALAC meeting later
today/tomorrow if you like...
