Please find attached the document that assembled comments from the members of AFRALO. Our objective is to have one single document to be commented and validated by AFRALO.

The deadline for submission is 21st January 2010. 
Grateful to you if you could please let us have your input so that we can validate it by the submission date.

Dear all,

I just sent my own comments on the draft Strategic Plan.

I recommend you to send yours separately and the whole AFRALO will send our common comments.

Perhaps Dave can finalize the proposition he made taking into account all the comments done on the wiki page.

I propose to adopt the final version by Tuesday 19 January to be posted on Wednesday 20 January (Dead line is 21 January).
