Dear All,

 

This is a reminder that you are invited to a teleconference on the At-Large
Director Appointment Process on Monday, 7 December 2009 at 0800 UTC. Please
find the agenda, participation instructions and background information on
the At-Large Director appointment process under:

ALAC Chairperson, Cheryl Langdon-Orr, highlighted the importance of broad
input from all five At-Large regions to the At-Large Director Appointment
Process and would like to request regions to submit their input either

 

 *   via the regional representatives confirmed as attending the meeting

 

 *   via the Comments section on the meeting page

 

 *   via an e-mail to the At-Large list (cc'ing Cheryl Langdon-Orr and Staff
to make sure their comments are recorded

 

The members of the Board Structural Improvements Committee and Tricia Drakes
are also invited to join this discussion.

Le président d'ALAC, Cheryl Langdon-Orr, a accentué l'importance de la large
entrée de chacune des cinq régions At-Large au directeur At-Large
Appointment Process et la voudrait inviter des régions pour soumettre leur
entrée l'un ou l'autre:

 

* par l'intermédiaire des représentants régionaux confirmés en tant
qu'assister à la réunion 

* par l'intermédiaire de la section commentaires à la page de réunion 

* par l'intermédiaire d'un email à la liste At-Large (cc'ing Cheryl
Langdon-Orr et le personnel pour s'assurer leurs commentaires sont
enregistrés. 

 

Les membres du Comité du structuraux d'améliorations de conseil et Tricia
Drakes sont également invités à joindre cette discussion.
