projet des « Principes de Fonctionnement » ou « Operating Principles » en
anglais.

Je vous prie de bien vouloir donner votre avis et vos propositions avant
Samedi 3 Octobre. Fatimata, Mohamed, Yaovi et moi-même intégrerons vos
remarques avant de poster la version finale pour adoption par la réunion
téléphonique qui aura probablement lieu le 7 Octobre.

the “Operating Principles”.

Would you please comment them before Saturday 3 Octobre. Fatimata, Mohamed,
Yaovi and myself will interate your comments prior to posting the final
version to be adopted by the teleconference due to be held most likely on
October 7.
