[AFRI-Discuss] New chair and representative of ACSIS Morocco

Dear All,

As I announced in Mexico , my professional duties don't allow me more time
to contribute to the work of Alac.

So I am pleased to inform you that the new president and representative of
ACSIS Morocco is Mr Beliid Naouar   <abdoriyad at gmail.com>. He is already on
the list "afri-discuss at atlarge-lists.icann.org.

He is very active in the arabe internet community and will try to be within
the African community.

He monitors all the ICANN meetings.
