[AFRI-Discuss] [ALAC-Announce] Passing away of two members of the At-Large community

This is sad news, i would like to offer AfRALO condolences to the family
and friends of our friend Aloyce Menda .

We also would like to extend our condolences to EURALO, Family and Friends
of Paco de Quito.

May God bless them and their souls to rest in peace .
