[AFRI-Discuss] ALS Application from CAPDA

Dear all,

This is to inform you that we received an ALS application from the
Consortium d'Appui aux Actions pour la Promotion et le Développement de
l'Afrique (CAPDA). CAPDA is based in Douala, Cameroon and would be a member
of AFRALO if accepted.

Attached you find the application in French and English. The regional
liaison for Africa has been informed about this application and will provide
us with a due diligence
form in due course.
