[AFRI-Discuss] New time slot for AFRALO meeting

It was suggested at today¹s meeting to find a new slot for the standing
monthly AFRALO meeting. Heidi Ullrich, the new Manager At-Large for Regional
Affairs, which is the position formerly held by Frederic Teboul, is looking
forward to participate in the teleconferences. Heidi is based in Los Angeles
