I'm not sure if I agree that this is the primary goal of the ALAC. I  
believe that the goal should be to inform users that this change is  
happening, and the implications thereof. e.g. they need to demand  
more information from their ISPs, and need to be aware that  
investment in future computing must take this into account.

Very interesting. Where will the Africa meeting in November 2008 be
