[AFRI-Discuss] ALAC Rules of Procedure

Dear All:

Herewith are the ALAC's Internal Rules of Procedure, which Vittorio  
Bertola, former ALAC Member for Europe, Former ALAC Chair, and  
present At-Large Board Liaison, took the lead in drafting and editing.

Since there are provisions dealing with election of At-Large  
liaisons, nomination periods for the liaisons and also for the ALAC's  
officers, these may be of interest to the wider community.

Note that current versions of these, plus draft Rules of Procedure  
for At-Large meetings and bodies, are always available at: https:// 
st.icann.org/alac/index.cgi?rules_of_procedure
