Dear All,

 

As indicated during the last meeting, I had to leave Lisbon early this
morning to attend to a few urgent matters at home. 

 

I wanted to take the opportunity to thank all for the good work that was
done and look forward to a re engineered ALAC, with full and effective
participation from the African continent.
